HR cliqué collects and uses the personally-identifiable information from Employer / Recruiters and Candidates as described below only for the purpose of providing the seamless website experience and associated services.
Recruiters: Professionals, who sign up to HR cliqué, will share personal and professional information while registering. On getting short listed to join HR cliqué, recruiters will be allowed to use website and eligible to submit candidates to Job cast.
Candidates: We may accept and collect your resume and any personally-identifiable information contained therein for submitted job cast/ opening. Recruiters will not share your resume with HR cliqué through the website without your consent for job cast.
Users further must acknowledge Confidentiality that the website may contain information which is designated confidential by us and that you shall not disclose such information without our prior written consent. Any communication sent to us or by us will only be in connection with the provision of agreed services and products of the website.
We may collect both personal data (such as your name and contact details) and also sensitive personal data (such as some of the information contained in registration of Employer, Candidates and Recruiter) about you when you complete a registration form.
All personal data is stored securely in accordance with the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679) (GDPR). For more details on security see section 4, below. We use your data to provide the best possible products and services to you. This data may include company name, contact details and information regarding project assignments or recruitment needs.
Once you have registered with us, we will use your data to communicate with you by post, email or telephone. Any personal data or sensitive personal data you provide to us will be processed in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
The personal data and sensitive personal data will be stored, processed, used and disclosed by us to provide our services to consultant and client companies. We will use the data to assess particular consultant suitability for project assignments and vacancies, including interim and full-time vacancies
We use your email and Telecommunication records to communicate better with you for better business practices and business development. Telecommunication will be used to send you SMS messages to your secure phone number for operational purposes, such as notifying you about the status of your project. We may send you a welcome email to verify your account and other transactional emails for operational purposes, such as billing, account management, or system maintenance. You may only stop those emails by terminating your account. We may also send you promotions, product announcements, surveys, newsletters, developer updates, product evaluations, and event information or other marketing or commercial e-mails. You can opt out of receiving these email and Telecommunications from HR cliqué at any time by unsubscribing the services from registration database or emailing us to have your contact information removed from our email and Telecommunication list.
However, the electronic transmission and processing of data are inherently insecure and we cannot absolutely guarantee the security of any data you provide to us. There may be instances where we cannot grant you access to the personal information we hold. You will additionally take all reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent or accidental exposure of HR Cliqué Confidential Information.
You further agree not to in any manner whatsoever, circumvent or attempt to directly or indirectly circumvent, HR Cliqué agreements with other Users, its customers, vendors, employees, contractors, or any other strategic business relationship maintained by HR Cliqué, for Your own benefit or for any other purpose, without obtaining HR Cliqué prior written consent.
You acknowledge that HR Cliqué has received and in the future will receive from third parties associated with HR Cliqué, e.g., Users, customers, suppliers, licensors, licensees, partners, or collaborators (“Associated Third Parties”) their confidential or proprietary information (“Associated Third Party Confidential Information”) subject to a duty on HR Cliqué part to maintain the confidentiality of such Associated Third Party Confidential Information and to use it only for certain limited purposes. You agree and understand that You owe HR Cliqué and its Associated Third Parties a duty to hold all such Associated Third Party Confidential Information in the strictest confidence, and not to use it or to disclose it to any third party except as necessary in carrying out my work for HR Cliqué consistent with HR Cliqué’s agreement with such Associated Third Parties.
If future patent, trademark or copyright protection is obtained for HR Cliqué or any element incorporated into the Website, User shall cooperate with HR Cliqué in enforcing or policing such protection and by taking all reasonably appropriate measures including marking trade secrets and HR Cliqué’s Confidential Information as required and taking other reasonable measures as requested by HR Cliqué.
You acknowledge that, during the course of Your Projects with other Users, You may have access to certain Confidential Information belonging to another User, who may disclose such Confidential Information to You in connection with the performance of a Contract and such Confidential Information will be disclosed to You in confidence (a “Disclosing User”). You acknowledge and agree that maintaining the confidentiality of the Confidential Information is integral to the value of Disclosing User and is vital to his, her or its successful operations. In view of the foregoing, You agree to maintain the confidentiality of all Disclosing User’s Confidential Information and to not disclose, divulge, exploit, or use, in any manner whatsoever, Disclosing User’s Confidential Information for Your own benefit or the benefit of another person. You will additionally take all reasonable precautions to prevent the inadvertent or accidental exposure of Disclosing User’s Confidential Information. You agree that You will not at any time, use, directly or indirectly, any of Disclosing User’s Confidential Information for the benefit of You or any Person other than the Disclosing User without obtaining Disclosing User’s prior written consent. You further agree not to in any manner whatsoever, circumvent or attempt to directly or indirectly circumvent, Disclosing User’s agreements with its customers, vendors, employees, contractors, or any other strategic business relationship maintained by Disclosing User, for Your own benefit or for any other purpose, without obtaining Disclosing User’s prior written consent.
You agree to assign and do hereby assign to Client any and all ideas, designs, know-how, programs, improvements, inventions, discoveries and literary creations (collectively referred to as “Inventions”) which You alone or with others may conceive or make, and which are made wholly or partially with Client’s assets or Confidential Information or are developed wholly or partially during or as a result of your work under a Project. Such Inventions are and shall be the property of Client and shall be deemed to be part of Client’s business, whether or not any applications for patents, trademarks or copyrights are filed thereon. Further, all such Inventions shall constitute Confidential Information. You shall not claim to own any Inventions relating to the business of Client. Except as otherwise prohibited by law, and except for Inventions made prior to commencement of Your interactions with Client, in addition to the above assignment of Inventions to Client, without further consideration, You hereby fully and irrevocably assign, transfer, and convey to such Client all patents, patent applications, copyrights, mask works, trade secrets, and other intellectual property rights in any Invention and any and all Moral Rights (as defined herein) which You may have in, to, or with respect to any Invention. “Moral Rights” shall mean any rights to claim authorship of an Invention, to object to or prevent the modification of any Invention, or to withdraw from circulation or control the publication or distribution of any Invention, and any similar right, existing under judicial or statutory law of any country in the world, or under any treaty, regardless of whether or not such right is denominated or generally referred to as a Moral Right.
In the event that any of your data is to be transferred in such a manner, we will contact you and inform you about it.
You have the ability to review, change or remove your personal data contained in our database. You can update your information through your account profile settings. If you believe that personal information we hold about you is incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate, then you may request us to amend it.
