However, for small organization/startup, a five-figure investment in the wrong person is taxing and a threat to the business.   • What is the pricing?

    HR Cliqué is completely free to join and use. Our pricing varies account to account and depends on the client organizations and the number of hiring. We only generate revenue when the employer pays a fee and we retain our share as per agreement was done with recruiters.

  • How does HR Cliqué work for recruiters?

    If you are an independent recruiter or affiliated with a recruitment agency or working in any company, you can work with HR Cliqué, working is easy and rewarding. Here is how it works: HR Cliqué has job requisitions from employers. Recruiters can fill these jobs and earn a placement fee for each successful hire. The recruiter only needs to register for free, review jobs and then start submitting candidates resume.

    Screened resumes submitted by recruiters are submitted to our clients to hire candidates. If a candidate you have submitted into the platform is hired, you will receive a placement fee.

  • How does a recruiter benefit from HR Cliqué?

    HR Cliqué gives you access to jobs from top employers across the WORLD, who work with independent recruiters and agencies. Instead of spending time cold calling, negotiating contracts and getting on an approved vendor list.

    All you need to do is register and start working on enterprise jobs and collecting fees, you can spend your time recruiting more candidates by working with HR Cliqué.

  • How to submit candidates?

    Once you decide what job(s) you want to work on, Show interest to HR Cliqué SPOC HR (Single Point of Contact) get your interest approved, you can begin submitting candidates using the personalised dashboard feature of the HR Cliqué platform.

    We recommend speaking with the candidate beforehand to expedite their acceptance of the application.

    • Step 1: Click the “View details” button located next to each job in the Jobs section of the HR Cliqué platform. This will open up the Job Description, Go through JD, pre-screening questions set up by clients for a specific job. If you want to work on the job, show interest it will go to SPOC; he approves your application and is reflected on your Dashboard.

      It’s good practice to let us know that you’re interested in recruiting for a job by adding it to your worklist.

    • Step 2: Fill out the candidate’s information: First Name, Last Name, Email Address and phone number are required. If resume already added to the Job it will be rejected immediately making the system transparent.

      Attach the candidate’s resume and fill out an executive summary. After you’ve finished filling out the application, click “Post resume”.

    • Step 3: we expect recruiters speak to the candidate prior to posting information and get “right to represent” email from the candidate, which will give the candidate an opportunity to accept the application. When you have finished applying on behalf of the candidate, we will crosscheck the get “right to represent” in the screening process. Once candidates “Accept” the “right to represent” email, the resume will be shared with the client dashboard.

  • How can I keep track of my candidate?

    You can find the current status of Job and your candidate on the go in the personalised “Dashboard” on the HR Cliqué platform.

  • What if the client already has a candidate that I submit?

    HR Cliqué will come to know about this information after shortlisting on submitted profiles by or HR Expert.

    Employers want to see resumes of the candidates that they don’t already exist in their database. Candidates who directly applied to a job posted by a client outside of HR Cliqué portal in the preceding 180 days “belong” to the employer and not to the recruiter.

    If the employer hires a candidate whom they already were in contact within the past 180 days, neither you nor HR Cliqué will receive credit for this referral, and the employer doesn’t owe a placement fee.

    Candidates who directly applied to the job portal by a candidate “belong” to the HR Cliqué and not to the recruiter.

  • What if a candidate resume is submitted by more than one recruiter? How are duplicate submissions resolved?

    Our system prevents a candidate from being submitted twice on the Job requirement of to the same client. In the unlikely event that duplicates do occur, the candidate ownership credit will be given to the recruiter who first submitted the candidate based on a timestamp in our system. HR Cliqué Account Managers will handle such cases.

    If you are the first recruiter to submit a candidate for a job, the candidate “belongs” to you for that particular client for a period of 180 days. If the employer hires your candidate within that time frame, you earn the placement fee.

  • How long will I retain ownership of my candidates whom I’ve submitted on HR Cliqué?

    You “own” your candidates for 180 days for a specific job. So, if you submit a candidate to one of our clients, and that client hires your candidate within the next 180 days, you will be eligible for a referral reward.

    Other recruiters or clients cannot search your candidates’ profiles after 180 days. Other than the employer to whom you submit a profile, your candidates’ profiles will remain confidential.

  • How do I know if there is an update or a change in the status of a job?

    You will receive notifications in your HR Cliqué account dashboard, as well as an email, when an update is available for the job you are working on or client makes any changes in the status of the job.

  • What if the client hires my candidate for another role?

    HR Cliqué agreement with clients ensures that you will get paid if the client hires your candidate for another role.

  • How to know if other recruiters are working on the same job?

    You will be able to see how many candidates are already submitted by other recruiters for a job.

    Moreover, HR Cliqué software displays, in real-time, the number of candidates in each stage of the hiring process, e.g., interview, offer, etc.

  • Can anyone else see my candidates when I submit them on HR Cliqué?

    Your candidate profiles are not searchable. Other than the clients to whom we have submitted a profile, your candidates’ profiles are completely confidential. Privacy and security are of utmost importance to us, and we encourage all members to read HR Cliqué Privacy Policy.

  • How many days does HR Cliqué take to review the resume before sending it to the client?

    We strive to review resumes as quickly as possible. Our typical feedback window is 2-3 business days.

  • Can we resubmit a candidate who got hired through HR Cliqué?

    You cannot re-introduce a previously hired candidate for at least 6 months following placement. This helps an employer avoid candidates who aren’t committed to staying at a new job, ensuring HR Cliqué ability to provide exceptional service to the employers.

  • Candidates can post jobs on job boards directly?

    Yes, Candidates can post their resumes directly from Jobs section of HR Cliqué

  • Can we post jobs on job boards?

    It depends on our clients’ preference. Whether or not you can post a job on job boards is indicated in the HR Cliqué software. However, you can never disclose any information, salary details or the name of HR Cliqué client when advertising jobs on job boards or your website as per non-disclosure agreement between us.

  • When I contact a candidate, should I say that I work for HR Cliqué?

    HR Cliqué is an online workplace platform for HR Recruiters. Recruiters are not contractors or employees of HR Cliqué. You may even want to avoid mentioning HR Cliqué as we are merely a facilitator in the hiring process.

  • Does HR Cliqué provide an email and phone number to recruiters?

    HR Cliqué does not provide an email address or a phone number to members of the recruiting community. All email and other communication are through Dashboard only.

  • How do you resolve disputes?

    HR Cliqué provides visibility in the recruiting process that protects our client and recruiters from common recruiting disputes. In the rare event that a dispute arises, we act as a neutral mediator to resolve a settlement between parties. If mediation is unsuccessful, both parties can enforce the Terms of Use to the fullest extent permitted by law.

  • Payments

  • When do I get paid for successful placements? How will I receive my payment?
    • 1. You will be paid 60 days following the date your candidate starts working for the client. In rare cases, it might take 3 months, but recruiters will be notified in work orders.

    • 2. We can directly deposit your placement fee electronically in an account of your choice following the guarantee period or you can choose to receive a check via mail.

    • 3. If you are a registered recruiter with us, we will need you to provide the following:

      The related KYC (PAN and ADHAR No.) and Bank detail to make payments.

    • 4. If you are a registered recruiter from outside India, we need you to provide the following: Personal information and account details to be paid. The related EIN or Social Security number and W-9 form.

    • 5. We will issue you a TDS and other details at the time of payments.

  • How does the employment guarantee work?
    • 1. We typically provide a 60-day replacement guarantee to clients. The guarantee period may vary for certain employers. In rare cases, the guarantee period will be 3 months.

    • 2. If our client believes an employee found on HR Cliqué is not the best fit during the guarantee period, and the candidate’s employment is terminated (voluntarily or due to cause), HR Cliqué may replace that candidate at the client’s discretion, and we would then ask you to find a replacement.

    • 3. Payment is subject to the candidate completing the guarantee period. If a candidate leaves before the guarantee period is over and a replacement candidate has not been identified, neither you nor HR Cliqué will receive the placement fee.

  • Will I be paid? if the client hires my candidate for another role?

    HR Cliqué’s agreement with clients ensures that you will get paid if the client hires your candidate for another role within 180 days from the date of submission of the profile.

  • What is the average placement fee?

    The average placement fee for jobs on HR Cliqué is Rs.20,000. This fee can be much higher based on the seniority of a role so more earnings. The fee is displayed to recruiters next to each job requisition.

  • How does HR Cliqué make money?

    Clients pay HR Cliqué after hiring a new employee. HR Cliqué does not collect fees from recruiters.

    HR Cliqué pays recruiters the agreed amount of the fee as per Work Order, which is displayed next to each job requisition after the candidate is hired.
